El Llorenç is our latest project on the island of Mallorca. This boutique hotel located in the Parc de la Mar, in the heart of the city, offers wonderful views of the sea and the Cathedral of Palma.
It should be noted the decoration of the Swedish Magnus Ehrland, who has used a classic style of old Mallorcan palaces, avant-garde elements and Arabic details, influenced by the location where the hotel is located. The rooms are equipped with all kinds of comforts, among which are ROBOTBAS devices, aimed at reducing energy consumption and facilitating the stay of its guests.
The touch switches allow to regulate the dimerization of the lighting, the control of the blinds, as well as the temperature of climate and radiant floor, both in rooms and in common areas. The selected devices are mostly black and are made of ultra-resistant glass with LED backlighting compatible with the LS990 series frames. The switches of El Llorenç are fully customized with their own iconography, which allows each room to have a unique design and functionality.
They have also opted for ROBOTBAS room service indicators, allowing the guests to notify his wishes not to be disturbed or clean up their room. In addition, our systems control the industrial zone (machine rooms) of the entire installation, making the entire system to work together.
We could highlight the hotel spa or its great gastronomic offer headed by the DINS restaurant of the Mallorcan chef Santi Taura, but we can certainly not forget its infinity pool located on the rooftop.
