The ROBOTBAS team attended last week the International Fair of the Atlantic, organized by Infecar and held at its facilities from March 28th to 31st in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. 86 companies, institutions and professionals from the tourism sector from 20 countries participated in the Fair.
ROBOTBAS chose this Fair to publicly launch a sample of the new AQUA smart showers, created thanks to the collaboration agreement with SEDAL. The Canary Islands, like the Balearic Islands, suffer water scarcity and the consequent restrictions on their use every year: for this reason, Gran Canaria was the best place to present AQUA, whose devices help to optimize the consumption of water and energy, while improving the experience of the users.
In the ROBOTBAS interactive stand, attendees also found products with Multilink technology from Touch and Sense families, and industrial control and room control devices of the R7000 series.
In addition to meeting members and owners of small hotels and large hotel brands, architects, engineers, installers and other professionals of the sector, our Sales Manager Edmundo Soares gave a talk about technology, energy efficiency and personalization in the conference room. Likewise, Vicenç Salas, R&D Manager, participated in the Radio Sintonía radio program of Santiago Travieso, in which they spoke about innovation and energy efficiency in the tourism sector.
The event, which was promoted by the Gran Canaria’s Cabildo, was attended by its president, Mr. Antonio Morales, who showed great interest in our stand during his visit.
ROBOTBAS positioned itself as a benchmark in building automation systems, providing solutions to market needs about climate, humidity, temperature and water control.
