At ROBOTBAS we are hotel specialists, but they are not the only type of facilities we carry out. Over the years we have installed building automation systems in hospitals, shopping malls, fish farms, or office complexes. Today we will talk about one of these cases.
In the Parc BIT of Mallorca are the offices of TUI, the largest tourism group in the world and one of those responsible for initiating the Pilot Tourism Plan in the Balearic Islands after the quarantine established by the Coronavirus. TUI recently decided to incorporate climate control systems in its offices, counting with the experience of ROBOTBAS.
To automate climate control in both open spaces and offices, we used the RC7610 controllers, a model that allows controlling 1 fan-coil to 2 tubes with 1 three-point valve, 8 all-nothing light points and 1 outlet per general control relay.
In order for users to set the desired temperature, we installed FD7555 JLS W climate displays made of glass with white anti-fingerprint treatment, compatible with the frames of the LS990 series.
To work comfortably, it is very important that the temperature of the workspace is pleasant and customizable to the needs of the workers, so ROBOTBAS systems are perfect for this.
