The marine research and aquaculture laboratory of Mallorca, better known as LIMIA, is located in Port d’Andratx (southeast of Mallorca). This facility has a polygon of cages and a ship of experimentation of marine species, in which they carry out joint investigations with other centers of the Balearic Islands and other autonomous communities. The industrial control system that installed ROBOTBAS controls the temperatures of the different pools, as well as the control of pumps and gases of the installation, guaranteeing an optimum operation for marine species.
